Very Responsive!

Our biggest benefit is having a VERY responsive team working on our IT issues and hiccups as they arise. VileTech Computer Solutions services are reasonably priced, especially considering how responsive they are.  Also, for a small business, paying for work only when it is needed is financially more manageable.

We are a paper-lite medical practice with software that can be finnicky, and hardware that we have definitely stretched the service life on and we have been very happy with VileTech Computer Solutions for many years.  Being paper-lite, software outages are disastrous and I can hardly count the times over the past 8 years that we have been down.  I'd recommend giving them your trust for a few months and see if they can meet your expectations like they have for us.
